Chicken
should be cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Pork should be cooked to an internal temperature of 145 degrees.
Ground beef should reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees.


FRESH BRATWURST COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

For best results simmer fresh bratwurst in beer or water for 30 minutes before grilling.  Grill on medium low heat until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
